Your provider bills your account for inference. Your key is reused for future runs in this browser session, including after refresh. It stays in server memory, never disk or browser storage. Forget key, ending the session, session expiry, or a server restart clears it. Use a dedicated key you can revoke.

The model observes the cameras, chooses a move, and waits for robot feedback before deciding again.

Physical runs are recorded for the public robot dataset. Full downloadable logs remain private to your browser session until it expires.

Try for yourself

A UI also provides a simple setup to start with Astra. Here’s how to launch it:

Go to OpenAI API keys to create your key.
Go to OpenAI API billing to check your credit balance and add credits if needed.

Run these commands in your terminal, replacing xyz with your API key:

git clone https://github.com/andlyu/blupe-remote-yam.git
cd blupe-remote-yam
export OPENAI_API_KEY="xyz"
./run.sh
